Product description:
webertec 915 is a 1- or 2-component bituminous thick coating CE certified according to DIN EN 15814
Composition:
Bitumen, polystyrene
Product properties:

Mixing ratio: 30 l base mass / 2 kg powder

Storage: In a dry, cool, frost-free storage in the original sealed container, the material is at least 12 months shelf-stable
Consumption / yield:
- for ground moisture/non-ponding seepage water: min 4.0 l/m
- for non-pressing water: min 4.0 l/m
- for ponding seepage water: min 5.5 l/m
- as plate adhesive for ground moisture/non-ponding seepage water: approx. 2 l/m
Substrate preparation:
- The substrate must be frost-free, firm, clean, sufficiently dry, and free from tar pitch, nests, and cracking as well as ridges and other contaminants
- Water-repellent and adhesion-reducing components must be removed, edges are to be broken, and corners rounded
- 5 mm are to be sealed with webertec 933 filler mortar
- Chamfers at the floor-wall connection are to be rounded with webertec 933, radius 5 cm
- Before applying the thick coating, critical areas at the floor/wall transition are to be protected against moisture ingress with webertec 933 chamfering spatula HKS
Processing
Priming:
webertec 901 is to be diluted 1:10 with water
Porous concrete and sandy substrates are to be primed with weberprim 801
Mixing for 2-component processing:
Base mass and powder component are to be proportionally matched and mixed with a stir paddle No. 4 to a homogeneous, lump-free mass
Scratch coating:
To seal pores and voids as well as open joints up to 5 mm wide, a full-surface scratch coat with the thick coating is to be applied. The scratch coat must not be damaged by the subsequent waterproofing layer
Surface waterproofing / wall:
The application is carried out in at least 2 coats. The second waterproofing layer should be applied as early as possible, once the first layer is no longer damaged. For ponding seepage water, after the first coat, webersys 981 is worked into the fresh waterproofing layer
Surface waterproofing / floor:
For waterproofing against ground moisture, the application is carried out in two passes on the floor slab. After drying the waterproofing layer, a polyethylene foil, double-layered, is laid as protection and slip layer, and the floating screed is applied on top. For waterproofing against ponding seepage water, the thick coating is applied on the cleanliness layer
