Product description:

• Low-viscosity, reliable adhesion of the subsequent coatings or sealants.
• Dense pore sealing, prevents rising of air bubbles from the substrate into the top coats.
• Moisture barrier (two applications required) up to residual moisture = 7 CM-% in the substrate for cement screeds (on underfloor heating up to residual moisture = 5 CM-%) when used as a primer before applying floor levelling compounds with subsequent installation of textile and resilient floor coverings or parquet.
• Solvent-free in accordance with TRGS 610, no load on the environment and the applicator caused by solvent vapours, no fire or explosion hazard.
• Very low-emission, GEV-EMICODE EC 1 R.
• EU 2004/42/IIA(j)(550/500): < 100 g/l
• Fast curing; already overcoatable after approx. 3 ½ hours.
• As a binder for producing rapidly usable epoxy resin screeds, -repair mortars and -drainage mortars.
• Suitable as a casting resin for bonding cracks in screeds firmly in place.

• For walls and floors.
• As a primer for PCI sealants and PCI coatings on cementitious substrates, asphalt screeds, ceramic coverings, resin coatings and timber substrates.
• As a primer for floors in interior areas before applying floor levelling/filling compounds, including where parquet is bonded subsequently to
  - concrete floors, cement, calcium sulphate and magnesite screeds
  - asphalt screeds
  - ceramic coverings and resin coatings
  - timber substrates
  - substrates with adhesive residues from dispersion, reactive resin, water-soluble (e.g. sulphite liquor adhesive) and bitumen-containing covering adhesives.
• As a smoothing compound or fine levelling compound suitable for mixtures with quartz sand.
• As a binder for producing epoxy resin screeds, -repair mortars and -drainage mortars.
• Suitable for use on ships; meets the requirements of the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) 96/98/EC.
