Product features:

Two-component system; component B is available in a 0.90 kg canister PCI Pavifix PU transparent binder component B. Suitable component A, the PCI Pavifix PU paving joint mortar, is available from us.
Highly resistant to wear; durable resistance to weathering and mechanical stress, e.g., by sweepers.
Crack-free curing and shrinkage-free setting.
Permeable to water; water runoff, e.g., rain, is quickly drained into the substrate. The surfaces are not fully sealed.
Frost and weather resistant; versatile application, also on surfaces where de-icing salts are used.

Sand mixture in a bag and separate binder container for medium to large surfaces. Variable mixing ratio:

Mixing

Prepare the sand mixture in a clean, sturdy, round, approximately 35 cm high mixing bucket with a capacity of about 30 liters. Add the binder to the sand mixture, ensuring complete emptying of the binder container. Mix thoroughly with a suitable stirrer or mixing attachment on a drill or mixer until a homogeneous mass is achieved. Mixing time should be at least three minutes. Remove any unmixed portions from the inside of the mixing container with a trowel and incorporate thoroughly. Transfer the mixed material into a clean container and mix again thoroughly. For mixing 2 sacks of sand mixture with 1 or 2 containers of binder, use a forced mixer.

Jointing

Apply PCI Pavifix PU into the dry joints using a single-edged rubber trowel and press in firmly.
Immediately after applying the mortar, thoroughly remove mortar residues from the surface of the stones with a medium-hard broom. Avoid dirt and contamination caused by walking on the surface.
Protect freshly jointed surfaces from direct rain exposure after application.
