Application Areas

For indoor and outdoor use
For anchoring machines, motors, door frames, windows, gates, bolts, stairs, balconies, and bridge components, pipes, etc.
For fixing steel posts, window sills, and radiator brackets, etc.
For inserting dowels in prefabricated elements, suspended ceilings, and installing shelves, partitions, etc.
For filling defects and holes, e.g., after crack injection and crack repairs

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be clean, dust-free, and load-bearing. Before processing, thoroughly clean the substrate and avoid dusting.

Processing of PCI Polyfix 5 Min

Prepare PCI Polyfix 5 Min in a clean mixing container and add the mixing water.

Mix manually with a spatula or with a suitable mixer, e.g., from Collomix, attached to a drill, until a stiff, plastic mass is formed.
Use the mixed PCI Polyfix 5 Min within 3 minutes.
Apply the mortar densely and deeply into the breakout area with a spatula.
Immediately after, apply and possibly model the remaining mortar.
For filling larger cavities, PCI Polyfix 5 Min can be pre-mixed with 1 part dry, sharp, washed, and dried sand (grain size 0 to 4 mm) per volume part before mixing with water to achieve a stiff, plastic consistency or use PCI Polyfix plus.
