PCI Rapidfug fast-setting flexible joint mortar for ceramic and porcelain tile installations

Substrate preparation:
The joints should be scraped evenly to the depth of the tile thickness immediately after laying the tiles and cleaned. Set or laying mortar should be hardened.
- Pour mixing water into a clean working container. Add PCI Rapidfug and mix with a suitable paddle on a drill to a plastic, lump-free mortar.
- After a re-mixing time of approx. 3 minutes, stir again.
- For floor grouting, apply the grout with a rubber trowel or PCI rubber jointing disc, pressing it firmly into the joint and clean the surface diagonally. Optionally, reapply PCI Rapidfug for a second time. After the mortar has sufficiently set (finger test), clean with a slightly damp, stable sponge or sponge board.
- For wall grouting, apply the grout with PCI rubber jointing disc or foam rubber jointing tool into the joints. After sufficient setting (finger test), clean with a slightly damp, stable sponge or sponge board.
- After drying, remove any remaining mortar residue with a slightly damp sponge.
