Remmers WPC Impregnation Oil

Solvent-based oil for terraces, fences, and other components made of WPC, Resysta, and bamboo

Application area:

• Interior and exterior

Properties:

• Water-repellent
• Oil, grease, and dirt-repellent
• Easy to process
• Colorless: for color refreshment
• Brown & gray: for permanent color intensification of the original shade
• Re-treatment without sanding

Processing:

• Material, ambient, and substrate temperature: minimum 5 C to maximum 30 C
• Brushing
• Stir the material well
• Apply the material with a gloss brush, roller, or cotton cloth
• Remove unabsorbed material with a dry brush or cloth after a maximum of 30 minutes
• After 4-6 hours, inspect the surface and, if necessary, apply a second coat
• Seal opened containers tightly and use as soon as possible
• Test compatibility, adhesion, and color tone with the substrate by applying test patches
• Over several months, WPC Impregnation Oil will degrade evenly due to weathering. A follow-up treatment with WPC Impregnation Oil can then be carried out without sanding
• In exposed areas, at least one maintenance coat per year is required

• Must not be processed with persistent lacquers or stains at the same workplace; contaminated textiles such as cloths, work clothing, dust collection containers should be collected in fireproof waste containers and disposed of safely under water
• Recoatability: after approximately 4-6 hours
• Practical values at 20 C and 65 % relative humidity
• Low temperatures, low air exchange, and high humidity delay drying

Consumption:

• Approximately 50 ml/m per application depending on the absorption capacity of the substrate
