42x weber.dur 135 30kg Lime-cement lightweight render mineralic internal basecoat render insert render
Mineral lightweight render with mineral lightweight aggregate for the production of an internal basecoat render or insert render
Application area:
weber.dur 135 is suitable for interior and exterior use on masonry (in accordance with DIN 1053). On weber.dur 135, all mineral and organic finishing renders from weber as well as tiles can be applied. weber.dur 135 can also be used as an insert render with a subsequent solvent-containing and solvent-free coating.
Product description:
weber.dur 135 is a factory-produced, mineral dry mortar in accordance with DIN EN 998-1.
Composition:
White lime hydrate, cement, graded mineral aggregates, expanded glass, hydrophobising agent, additives for improved workability and adhesion
Product properties:
- water-repellent
- water vapour permeable
- low-stress due to a low E-modulus
- offers optimum adaptation to thermally insulating masonry
Compressive strength: > 2,5 N/mm²
Flexural tensile strength: ? 1 N/mm²
Yield: approx. 900 l/to
Fresh mortar bulk density: < 1300="">
Water vapour diffusion resistance factor ?: ? 20
Dynamic E-modulus: < 4000="">
Water absorption coefficient w: < 0,5="">
Category of capillary water absorption: W 2
Reaction to fire: A1
Strength class: CS II
Mortar group (DIN 18550): P II
Render type: lightweight render Type I
Quality assurance:
weber.dur 135 is subject to continuous quality control through in-house monitoring in accordance with DIN EN 998-1.
General notes:
- No additives may be mixed into the mortar.
- During application and drying, the temperature of the air, the materials used and the substrate must not fall below + 5° C.
- Freshly rendered surfaces must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind or moisture exposure.
- Application and execution in accordance with DIN 18 350 VOB/C and DIN 18 550.
- Consumption figures refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on the substrate and application. Exact consumption values must be determined by test areas on site.
- Adjacent building components must be separated from the render system.
- Remove sinter skin before applying further layers.
Special notes:
weber.dur 135 is suitable for interior use as a bedding base for tiles and slabs up to a total weight of thin-bed mortar and tiles of 25 kg/m².
For tiling in exterior areas, a full-surface reinforcing layer of weber.therm 300 or weber.therm 301 reinforcing mortar and weber.therm 310 reinforcing mesh must be provided on the basecoat render.
Grain size: approx. 1 mm
Colour shade: natural grey
Application thickness: 10 mm to 20 mm
Water requirement: approx. 8 l / 30 kg
Storage: When stored dry and protected from moisture, the material is suitable for storage for up to 1 year.
Consumption / Yield:
at 15 mm thickness:
approx. 16,5 kg/m²
approx. 1,8 m² / 30 kg
Substrate preparation:
The substrate must be load-bearing, dry and free from dust and substances that reduce adhesion.
Dense substrates (e.g. concrete) require pre-treatment with the mineral bonding bridge weber.dur 101 as a strip trowelling.
Observe waiting times after pre-treatment of the render base.
For special construction materials, the substrate table must be observed.
For unsuitable render bases (e.g. deviations from DIN 1053 "masonry" and DIN 18202 "tolerances in building construction"), raise concerns and provide remedial action.
For plumb and levelled terminations and edges, fix render profiles using profile setting mortar weber.mix 125.
Large-format KS blocks must be pre-sprayed with weber.dur 100.
Application:
machine-applied:
The mortar can be applied using all standard rendering machines (see equipment planner).
hand-applied:
Thoroughly mix the contents of a bag with the specified amount of water until a workable consistency is achieved.
Apply the mortar to the specified thickness (approx. 10-20 mm).
For highly absorbent and/or differently absorbent substrates, work in two coats wet-on-wet. The application thickness of the first coat should be 2/3 of the total render thickness.
Level off the freshly applied render mortar using a straightedge and finish without voids.
Treat the surface of the basecoat render according to the intended further coating.
As insert render for interior and exterior areas:
Apply 3-4 mm on the next day and, after it has set, rub down the surface or trowel-finish.
