The fischer metal frame dowel F 10 M is a special dowel for tension-free spacing installation of window and door frames. It consists of a metal shell and a countersunk head screw made of galvanised steel. The F 10 M is installed quickly in through-penetration mounting. When tightening the screw, the cone is drawn into the dowel shell, expanding and clamping against the wall of the drill hole. This allows the window frame to be mounted tension-free in solid and hollow building materials. The fischer metal frame dowel F 10 M is also suitable for fixing lintels.
