Attention: Before applying Superflex D2, the substrate must be primed with weberprim 801. weberprim 801 should be diluted undiluted to 11 RT with water. After drying, scratch coating is applied, followed by the coating.

Product Description
webertec Superflex D2 is a two-component, fast-setting flexible slurry sealant. Certified by general building authorities (MDS) according to DIN 18533.

Substrate Preparation
- The substrate must be frost-free, solid, clean, sufficiently dry, and free of tar, pitch, nests, and cracks, as well as ridges and other contaminants.
- Remove water-repellent, adhesion-reducing residues.
- Break edges, round corners.
- Joints and depressions > 5 mm are to be sealed with webertec 933.
- Hollow joints at the wall-floor connection should be rounded with webertec 933 radius 5 cm.
- Suction substrates should be pre-treated with weberprim 801.
Processing
Mixing Process
Mixing ratio A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio, knead until knot-free. Mixing time approx. 2-3 minutes. Use a performance-capable drill with a paddle or weber sys stir paddle No. 3.
Scratch Coating
To close pores and cavities, as well as open joints up to 5 mm wide, apply a full-surface scratch coat of webertec Superflex D2 mixed with weber sys hard quartz 01-03 mm in a 3:1 ratio, according to room sections. The scratch coat must not be damaged during subsequent sealing.
Waterproofing Layer
Apply in at least 2, possibly 3 work passes, each fully covering, with approx. 110 kg/m² per mm dry layer thickness. The coating must achieve the necessary total thickness at all points for the expected water load. The second or third layer is applied once the previous layer is no longer damaged during application.
