Properties

• Mineral-based, highly modified and easy-to-apply renovation and façade filler.
• Very good adhesion to almost all solid substrates.
• Once hardened, weather- and frost-resistant, water-repellent and vapour-permeable.
• Ideal substrate for all mineral base and finishing renders (see above) as well as all organic-bonded finishing renders.
• Crack-bridging due to low modulus of elasticity.

Application

• Render mortar for use as interior and exterior render for walls, ceilings, pillars and partition walls.
• High-contact, fibre-reinforced bonding bridge on concrete surfaces and the like for further rendering of these surfaces with all conventional base and finishing renders of mortar groups CS I and CS II. Main application area is use as fabric reinforcement skim coat on mineral base renders, synthetic resin renders, thermal insulation renders, render carrier boards and insulation boards.
• Also suitable for use in the plinth area.
• For reworking solid, load-bearing mineral renders of mortar groups CS II to CS IV, concrete, synthetic resin renders and coatings.
• For almost all thin- to medium-layer adhesive and skim-coat work.
• Can also be used as a finishing render.
• Suitable for reworking lime-cement, cement and repair renders as well as concrete with and without embedding reinforcing mesh.
• Meets the requirements of the WTA technical data sheet 2-4, edition 08.2008/D, procedure F5 for the repair of cracked façades.
• For fabric reinforcement skim coats on base renders and insulation boards, e.g. Styrodur (fluted), expanded polystyrene and multi-layer boards in conjunction with alkali-resistant reinforcing meshes.
• System component of the Baumit ETICS systems.
• Adhesive and reinforcing mortar for the Baumit ETICS ÖkoFassade system.
