webertec 942 High Sulfate-Resistant, Shrink-Compensated Borehole Suspension

Application Area:
webertec 942 is used additionally to the horizontal barrier, e.g., webertec 940 E, for filling larger cavities and boreholes in masonry using grouting or injection methods. After completing the horizontal sealing, the boreholes are sealed with webertec 942. In combination with webertec 940 E, processing is also possible in the wet-in-wet process with injection pumps from DESOI or Dittmann.

Product Description:
webertec 942 is a factory-produced, dry pre-mixed, cement-bound borehole filler mortar.

Composition:
Trass cement, mineral fine fillers, and regulating additives.

Substrate Preparation:
  • The substrate must be solid and free of dust, oil, and grease
  • The boreholes must be blown out with oil-free compressed air before filling


Application:
  • Depending on the desired consistency, prepare approximately 6.0 to 9.2 l of water in a clean mixing container and add the bag contents
  • Partial quantities are prepared with a ratio of 300 to 450 ml water per kg webertec 942
  • Mix intensively for at least 3 minutes with a drill and a paddle attachment No. 2/3 until a homogeneous mortar is formed
  • For filling cavities, add webertec 942 directly after mixing in a tray system through a funnel
  • In the injection process, press through the injection packers with an inner diameter of 6 mm at low pressure using an appropriate injection pump
  • Before introducing the chemical horizontal barrier weber tec 941, webertec 940 E, or webertec 946, the boreholes must be drilled approximately 5 cm deeper. After curing of webertec 942 for about 24 hours, the chemical horizontal barrier is injected. Alternatively, processing can be carried out using the patented NassinNass process.
  • After completing the masonry sealing, the boreholes are filled with webertec 942.
