ARDEX A 46 is a durable exterior levelling and filling compound specifically developed for demanding exterior use. It is the right choice whenever filling of cavities, depressions, unevenness, grooves, and chipping in floors or walls is required. Its firm consistency makes it particularly suitable for repairing and leveling stair treads and platforms — for example, worn basement stairs — for filling overlaps on floor surfaces, as well as for creating slope and leveling layers. This allows wall and floor surfaces to be evened out in layer thicknesses from 2 to 30 mm, both outdoors and indoors.

ARDEX A 46 is frost and salt resistant, suitable for castor wheels and underfloor heating, and can be used for laying tiles and panels, coatings, and finishes. It can be applied as a wear layer in normally loaded areas and as a base layer under tiled levelling compounds from ARDEX K 301 exterior levelling and filling compound mass.
