The TMX models are particularly suitable for heavy materials with their 3-arm mixing tools and low speed. Unlike free-fall mixers, active mixing ensures a lump-free result. While you attend to other tasks on the construction site, the TMX mixes for you in the meantime.

Thanks to its dimensions, you can bring the TMX anywhere you need it, including door openings. Large clearances allow it to be moved easily, even on uneven surfaces. With the loading aid, you can load the TMX onto a vehicle quickly and safely.

The roller bar opens the material hopper for you, and the material fully falls into the mixing drum. After reaching the desired mixing quality, the material is discharged via the outlet. The rotating tool automatically conveys all material out of the container. Thanks to the rattle mechanism at the outlet, material blockages are no longer an issue. All this ensures an accelerated mixing process and increases productivity.

The 3-arm mixing tool fully engages the material in the container and thoroughly works it through. Whether cement-based or epoxy resin-based, the mixer handles it effortlessly. A significant advantage is the mixer’s ability to process materials with sand or gravel up to 16 mm. The mixing effect is convincing and ensures a high hourly throughput of approximately 1.0 tons of material. For mixes with fine sands, such as terrazzo, we offer accessories like rubber lips for the mixing tool.

The TMX models are prepared for connection to an external dust extraction system. A removable partial cover of the mixing drum further reduces cement dust escaping. The protective grid prevents access to the mixing chamber. A safety shutdown stops the mixer as soon as the lid is opened.

Cleaning requires little time at the end of the day. The mixing tool can be removed without additional tools for cleaning. The discharge chute can be pulled out, and the mixing drum rinsed out quickly and easily, leaving no residue.
