Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any product advice, but you are welcome to contact the manufacturer for information about the products and we will then make you a favorable offer.

You are welcome to use our express service for selected products. If the “DHL Express” shipping option is available at the checkout, you can book this and you will receive your parcel the next day if your order is received by 2 pm.

If you order a single bag or bucket, we charge €9.90 shipping costs per bag or bucket. However, if you order a pallet, we only charge €99.99 for the pallet, so the pallet is cheaper in the end.

You would like to order 48 bags of a certain article, but you could also order a pallet of 48 bags.

For logistical reasons, we have to send each bag or bucket in a single package, which is why we have to charge you €9.90 per bag or bucket.

Depending on the purchase value, the following payment methods are available:

Credit card, instant bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, PayPal installment purchase, Klarna invoice purchase and Klarna installment purchase

If you have specified Klarna as your payment method, you will receive an email from Klarna shortly after your order with all the transfer details. If you are a registered Klarna user, your order will also appear in your Klarna app. Please do not transfer the amount to us, unfortunately we cannot assign it and in the worst case it will be lost!

If you have specified PayPal invoice purchase as your payment method, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal shortly after your order with all the transfer details. Please do not transfer the amount to us, unfortunately we cannot assign it and in the worst case it will be lost!

If you wish to return the goods because you do not like them, you must bear the return costs yourself and arrange the return shipment with a parcel service of your choice; we recommend using DHL.

If the goods have arrived defective or broken, please send us a photo of the defective goods to the e-mail address info@bauschnell.de and we will send you a free return label. If it turns out that the goods are not defective, we will charge you the return costs.
