Schlüter DITRA-HEAT-E-CHC thin-bed heating cable for floor and wall areas

Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT-E-CHC is a heating cable with a power output of 7.5 W/m for installation in the uncoupling membranes Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT/-HEAT-DUO or Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT-PS/HEAT-DUO-PS.

The heating cables of the DITRA-HEAT-E system may only be operated with the DITRA-HEAT-E controllers.

Note: Heating cables must not be cut. When selecting the heating cable, please note that the product table specifies the heated area in m², not the room size. To determine the heated area, non-heated zones, for example edge zones and standing areas, must be subtracted from the room size.

When installing the remote sensor directly in the Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT uncoupling mat, the spare sensor included in the delivery must also be installed there.

The transition from the heating cable to the connection cable (moulded joint) is indicated by a printed marking and a label „Transition/ Connection“. This cold conductor (4 m) must be laid directly into a connection box or up to the controller. The cold conductor may be cut back to a maximum of 1.00 m before the moulded joint.
