The Varioreg; MultiTape combines multiple bonding requirements in one tape. It is ideally suited for airtight sealing of joints and penetrations as well as for overlaps of vapor barriers and underlay membranes—making it perfect for bonding indoors and outdoors. The tape is multifunctional because its special embossing simultaneously makes it stretchable and track-keeping. Thanks to its excellent width elasticity, it compensates for component movements flexibly.
Due to its two-layer construction consisting of a PET carrier with a diamond embossing and a grid reinforcement, the Vario MultiTape also possesses the properties of the single-sided adhesive tape Vario KB 1 for track-keeping bonding on foil overlaps.
