The focus during the development of the co-extrusion technology was on maintaining the potential of the polyvinyl chloride (PVCU) as a highly developed and proven material over the years. The result is sewer pipes and fittings with a completely smooth interior wall, resistant to abrasion, and an elastic core that withstands ground pressure and traffic loads.

Sealing Elements
The tightness of the connections is ensured by sealing elements made of durable elastomers. These are installed in the sealing groove. The sealing properties remain intact even under deformation or pipe deflection.

Root Resistance
The pipes and fittings of the PVCU system are manufactured in accordance with applicable European standards. Pipes are produced according to DIN EN 13476-2, and fittings according to DIN EN 1401. The system has a ring stiffness class of SN 4.

Easy Installation
Due to the low weight, handling even of 5 m long pipes is simple. The pipe connection is very easy to assemble with the socket and sealing element. This results in fewer connection points compared to heavier materials.
