Root Protection Membrane Urbanscape Roof Covering 1m²

Note: The root protection membrane is only supplied as part of the set with the roof covering from KNAUF Urbanscape.

Properties:

• Black polyethylene LD regenerated
• To protect the waterproofing from damage caused by root growth
• Weight 0.5 kg / m²
• Root-resistant according to FLL guidelines

Installation Instructions:

• Cover the roof with the root-resistant Urbanscape root protection membrane if the waterproofing itself is not root-resistant. Overlap approximately 50 cm.
• The root protection membrane should cover the waterproofing completely.
• Fix the membrane to prevent wind from lifting it. Cut the membrane at points where roof drains are installed. Do not cut directly on the waterproofing. For safety reasons and to protect the waterproofing, use a hook blade cutter—do not use a standard blade cutter or a knife.

One roll is 4 m wide and 25 m long. Always consider an overlap of approximately 50 cm on each side.
