Surface preparation:
Immediately after setting the tiles, scrape out the joints evenly to the tile thickness and clean. Allow the setting or bedding mortar to harden.

Application of PCI Nanofug:

Fill mixing water into a clean working vessel. Add PCI Nanofug and mix immediately to obtain a plastic mortar with no lumps, using a suitable mixing/ stirring tool attached to a drill.
After a curing time of approx. 3 minutes, remix again.
Work the jointing mortar into the joints using a PCI rubber grouting disc and allow it to take. If necessary, apply a second time with PCI Nanofug to finish flush. After sufficient setting (finger test), clean off again with a slightly damp, firm sponge or sponge board.
After drying, remove the remaining mortar film using a slightly damp sponge.
