- Stainless steel distributor with thermometer
The Shut-off BEKOTECTHERMHVT/DE is a heating circuit distributor DN 25 made of stainless steel with supply and return bars, outlet diameter 35 mm. For installation, 2 distributor brackets with soundproofing inserts suitable for the Shut-off distributor cabinet, as well as a wall mounting set, are included loose in the box. As an integrated and pre-assembled set, it includes:
- Supply flow meter with transparent scale, adjustable for 0.5 to 3.0 L/min to regulate flow rates,
- Integrated thermometer mountable on both sides,
- Thermostat valves, manually adjustable per heating circuit, suitable for electrically controlled Shut-off actuator valves,
- One hand vent valve, nickel-plated brass, for supply and return,
- Fill and drain valve 1/2" DN 15, rotatable, nickel-plated brass,
- End cap 3/4" DN 20, nickel-plated brass,
- Distributor connection with flat-sealing union nut 1" DN 25,
- Heating circuit outlets at 50 mm spacing, consisting of connection fittings 3/4" DN 20 AG with cone, suitable for Shut-off clamp fittings
- Compression fitting
The Shut-off BEKOTECTHERMKV is a 3/4" DN 20 compression fitting made of nickel-plated brass for connecting the Shut-off heating pipes—diameters 10, 12, 14, or 16 mm— to the Shut-off heating circuit distributor. Delivery unit: Set with 2 pieces for supply and return
- Elbow brackets
The Shut-off BEKOTECTHERMZW is a plastic elbow bracket for defined 90° rerouting of heating pipes with diameters 10, 12, 14, or 16 mm within the distribution cabinet. The elbow bracket can be easily clamped onto the side of the pipe. Its use is recommended due to the relatively thin screed thickness
- Clamps for Noppenplatten
The Shut-off BEKOTECTHERMRH 75 is a pipe holder that can be snap-fitted over the Noppenplatten. It is especially suitable for 45° installation of 16 mm heating pipes in the Noppenplatte. The Shut-off BEKOTECTHERMRH 17 is a plastic bracket with side hooks/nails for fixing 16 mm heating pipes in critical areas
- Actuators
The Shut-off BEKOTECTHERMESA is an actuator optionally 230 or 24 Volt for controlling the flow of the return valves. Mounting by plugging onto the valves of the Shut-off heating circuit return. Design with stroke display including control function of the valve adapter and protection device against moisture ingress. In delivery condition, valve open, first open function.
Our connection package includes all products necessary for connecting Shut-off BEKOTECTHERM heating circuits to the heating system. In addition to a stainless steel distributor with thermometer, it includes compression fittings, elbow brackets, and actuators. Thus, you receive everything you need in a construction-site-friendly, waste-reducing packaging.
