For all dry subfloor systems and conventional screeds, the white leveling screed is optimal for leveling uneven floor surfaces in both old and new buildings. It is ideally suited for use under plasterboard panels, chipboard and overlay panels, as well as screed elements. Suitable as a leveling screed for floating screeds and for cast asphalt screeds. No elaborate mechanical compaction required. Excellent fire protection. Mineral granulate from building material class A1. Load-bearing leveling layer achieved through interlocking of the material. Tested and certified material. No rotting, no pests, no odors. Pure mineral and free of chemicals. Environmentally friendly.Application: Align the screed guides and apply the Compensar dry screed roughly onto the substrate. For wooden surfaces, use a splash protection. Pull the Compensar dry screed over the guides. Remove the guides, fill any grooves, and lay the floor panels according to the manufacturer’s instructions.Application notes: If there are cracks, gaps, or holes in the substrate, such as on wooden beam ceilings, a splash protection must be used to prevent parts of the screed from escaping. After determining the height of the dry screed, install the edge insulation strips. Then, use the Compensar to align the rails to the exact height. Later, the screed is pulled over the rails with a trowel. The screed is then pulled to the precise measurement with a trowel. The Compensar dry leveling screed is inserted between the rails and pulled with the trowel. Remove the rails and refill the gaps with Compensar. When laying plasterboard, plaster fiberboard, or wooden screed panels, ensure not to step on the screed. Always apply the Compensar in the direction of the door opening and lay the screed panels from the same direction.
