Application Area

weber pluscalc is a hybrid interior plaster with lime-like properties. It consists of fractionated sands and a CO2-reduced special binder. weber pluscalc can be used throughout interior areas on masonry of all types, substrate renders, and concrete with bonding coat, especially in ecological and sustainable building as well as in demanding restoration projects under monument protection. As a base coat
and ready-mixed plaster for finishing, including humid rooms such as domestic kitchens and bathrooms or on ceilings and walls. All mineral surface plasters from Weber as well as all solvent-free paints can be applied over weber pluscalc. weber pluscalc is easy to process and suitable for both smoothing and troweling. The physical properties, such as good indoor humidity regulation and vapor diffusion openness, create a healthy and comfortable living climate. weber pluscalc is mold-inhibiting due to its high pH value. Thanks to the special, stress-relieved curing process, weber pluscalc offers maximum crack resistance.

General Notes

• No additives may be mixed into the mortar.
• During processing and drying, the temperature of the air, the materials used, and the substrate must not fall below +5°C.
• Protect fresh plaster from frost and rapid drying for at least 24 hours.
• Application and execution according to DIN 18 350 VOB/C and DIN 18 550.
• Consumption figures refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial areas on the site.
• Adjacent components must be separated from the plaster system.

Special Notes

• weber pluscalc is suitable as a laying base for tiles and slabs up to a total weight of 25 kg/m² when using thin-bed mortar and tiles indoors.
• Coating: After drying, it can be painted with standard weber paints according to BFS leaflet No. 10 (e.g., weber pluscalc Interior Paint or weber.cal Kalkfarbe).
