42x weberdur 135 30kg Lime Cement Lightweight Render Mineral-Based Base Coat Plaster
Mineral-based lightweight plaster with mineral lightweight aggregate for the preparation of a base coat or embedding plaster
Application Area:
weberdur 135 is used indoors and outdoors on masonry according to DIN 1053. All mineral and organic surface plasters from weber as well as tiles can be applied on weberdur 135. it can also be used as an embedding plaster with subsequent solvent-containing and free coating
Product Description:
weberdur 135 is a factory-produced, mineral dry mortar according to DIN EN 998-1
Composition:
White lime hydrate, cement, graded mineral aggregates, glass, hydrophobizing agent, additives for improved processing and adhesion
Product Properties:
- water-repellent
- vapor permeable
- low stress due to a low E modulus
- provides optimal adaptation to thermal insulating masonry
Compressive strength: > 2.5 N/mm²
Flexural strength: 1 N/mm²
Yield: approx. 900 l/t
Bulk density of dry mortar: < 1300 kg/m³
Vapor diffusion resistance number: 20
Dynamic E modulus: < 4000 N/mm²
Water absorption coefficient w: < 0.5
Capillary water absorption category: W 2
Fire behavior: A1
Strength class: CS II
Mortar group DIN 18550: P II
Render type: Lightweight render type I
Quality Assurance:
weberdur 135 is subject to continuous quality control through self-monitoring according to DIN EN 998-1
General Notes:
- No additives may be mixed into the mortar
- During processing and drying, the temperature of the air, materials, and substrate must not fall below 5°C
- Fresh plaster surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, or moisture exposure
- Application and execution according to DIN 18350 VOB/C and DIN 18550
- Consumption figures refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial applications on site
- Adjacent components must be separated from the plaster system
- Sinter skin must be removed before applying additional layers
Special Notes:
weberdur 135 is suitable indoors as a laying base for tiles and slabs with a total weight of up to 25 kg/m², including thin-bed mortar and tiles
Before laying tiles and slabs outdoors, a full-surface reinforcement layer of webertherm 300 or webertherm 301 reinforcement mortar and webertherm 310 reinforcement fabric must be applied on the base coat
Curing: approx. 1 mm
Color: natural gray
Application thickness: 10 mm to 20 mm
Water requirement: approx. 8 l / 30 kg
Storage: When stored in a dry, moisture-protected environment, the material remains usable for up to 1 year
Consumption / Yield:
at 15 mm thickness:
approx. 16.5 kg/m²
approx. 1.8 m² / 30 kg
Substrate Preparation:
The substrate must be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust and substances that reduce adhesion
Dense substrates, e.g., concrete, require pre-treatment with the mineral adhesion bridge weberdur 101 as a groove filler
Observe the curing times after a plaster primer treatment
For special building materials, refer to the substrate table
Unsuitable plaster substrates, e.g., deviations from DIN 1053 "masonry" and DIN 18202 "tolerances in building construction," should be addressed, and remedial measures should be taken
For plumb and level accurate joints and edges, use plaster profiles with profile adhesive mortar webermix 125
Large-format CKB blocks must be pre-sprayed with weberdur 100
Processing:
Machine:
The mortar can be processed with all common plastering machines; see equipment planner
Hand application:
Thoroughly mix the contents of a bag with the specified amount of water to achieve a workable consistency
Apply the mortar in the specified thickness of approx. 10-20 mm
For highly absorbent and/or uneven substrates, work in two wet-on-wet layers. The first layer should be 2/3 of the total plaster thickness
Pull the freshly applied plaster smooth and free of ridges
Finish the surface of the base coat according to the intended subsequent coating
As embedding plaster indoors and outdoors:
Apply 3-4 mm the next day and, after setting, plane or sand the surface
