Application area:
weber.top 204 AquaBalance  granular decorative fine scratch render is a top coat for exterior and interior use on weber.dur base coats, as well as a top coating for weber.therm insulation render and weber.therm external thermal insulation composite systems..

Product features:

• without biocides, without preservatives
• surface-active, hydrophilic, for a balanced moisture management
• creates a healthy indoor climate through optimum water vapour permeability
• provides high resistance to driving rain for exposure class III according to DIN 4108

General notes:

• Freshly applied render must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind or moisture exposure.
• Application and execution in accordance with DIN 18 350 VOB/C and DIN 18 550.
• Coverage information refers to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on the substrate and application method. Exact coverage values must be determined by test areas on site.
• Adjacent building components must be separated from the render system.

• Due to natural fluctuations in raw material properties and drying conditions, as well as the effects of processing and texture, the render colour shade may differ from the sample. This does not constitute a reduction in quality or a justified complaint regarding the material.
• Order material for a project as far as possible in one go. Do not mix different batches with each other.
