Material
During the development of the co-extrusion technology, the focus was on maintaining the potential of the high-developed and proven polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) material. The result is sewer pipes and fittings with a completely smooth interior wall that is resistant to abrasion and an elastic core that withstands ground pressure and traffic loads.

Sealing elements
The tightness of the connections is ensured by sealing elements made of durable elastomers, which are integrated into the socket groove. The sealing properties remain intact even under deformation or pipe bending.

The KG System PVC pipes and fittings are manufactured in accordance with current European standards. Pipes are produced according to DIN EN 13476-2, and fittings are made according to DIN EN 1401. The system has a ring stiffness class SN 4.
