Material

During the development of the coex technology, emphasis was placed on maintaining the potential that polyvinyl chloride (PVCU) offers as a highly developed and proven material over the years. The result is sewer pipes and fittings with a completely smooth interior wall that is resistant to abrasion and an elastic core that withstands ground pressure and traffic loads.

Sealing elements

The tightness of the connections is ensured by sealing elements made of durable elastomers. These are installed in the sealing groove. The sealing properties remain even under deformation or pipe deflection.

The KG System PVCU pipes and fittings are manufactured in accordance with current European standards. Pipes are produced according to DIN EN 13476-2, and fittings are produced according to DIN EN 1401. The system has a ring stiffness class SN 4.
