Material
During the development of the coex technology, emphasis was placed on maintaining the potential that polyvinyl chloride (PVCU) offers as a highly developed and proven material over the years. The result is sewer pipes and fittings with a completely smooth interior wall that is resistant to abrasion and an elastic core that withstands both ground pressure and traffic loads.

Sealing elements

The KG System PVCU pipes and fittings are manufactured in accordance with current European standards. Pipes are produced according to DIN EN 13476-2, and fittings are manufactured according to DIN EN 1401. The system has a ring stiffness class SN 4.

Due to the low weight, handling even of pipes with 5 m length is ensured. The pipe connection is very simple thanks to the socket with sealing element. This results in fewer connection points than previously with elements made of heavy materials.
