Product Description

Suitable for the production of bonded screeds up to 35 mm thick and floating screeds up to 60 mm thick indoors and outdoors. These screeds serve as a quick moisture reduction and early load-bearing surface for substrates such as parquet, PVC, linoleum, rubber coverings, ceramics, artificial and natural stone tiles, carpets, and other coverings. Properly installed with Topcem Pronto, a screed is walkable under standard climatic conditions after approximately 12 hours and can be covered with ceramic tiles and slabs after about 24 hours. Under these conditions, the screed can be covered with dimensionally stable natural and artificial stone tiles after 2 days and with moisture-sensitive and dense coverings after 4 days.

For bonded screeds and repair works, a bonding bridge must be prepared with a mix ratio of 250 g Planicrete, 250 g water, and 3 kg Topcem Pronto.
