Product description

Plasticized special binding agent for the particularly economical production of fast-setting, high-strength, and early load-bearing cement screeds in accordance with DIN 18560. Achieves quality class CTC40F6 after 3 days and quality class CTC60F7 after 28 days.

• For heating screeds, bonded screeds, floating screeds, and screeds on separating layers. Especially suitable for time-saving or deadline-bound screed works.
• Mixed on-site with screed gravel sand with appropriate grain size, e.g., 0 – 8 mm, according to DIN EN 12620. Can be processed in a mixing ratio of 1:4 and 1:5.
• Early load-bearing capacity with tiles after approximately 3 days, depending on mixing ratio and site conditions.
• Load-bearing with very dense coverings such as linoleum, PVC, etc., as well as wooden coverings and parquet with residual moisture of 18 CM.
• Suitable for interior and exterior applications.
• Processing time approximately 2–3 hours. Mixing ratio 1:5 (25 kg Rapidur to 125 kg screed sand, grain size 0.8 mm, according to DIN EN 12620).
• Walkable after approximately 7–8 hours.
• High protection against moisture back-diffusion.
• Suitable for underfloor heating systems.
• Pumpable.
• Functional heating after approximately 3 days.
• Compatible with Sopro edge strip ERS 961.
• Chromate-free in accordance with Regulation EG No. 1907/2006 Annex XVII.
