weberdur 100 Mineral Dry Mortar for Primer Treatment 30kg

Application Area

weberdur 100 is a mineral dry mortar suitable for exterior and interior use for primer treatment of masonry, compressive strength class > 6 N/mm², lightweight wood wool panels, and similar substrates.

Product Properties

  • Provides good mechanical adhesion for subsequent plaster layers due to the coarse aggregate
  • Equalizes the absorbency of the substrate

Substrate Preparation

The substrate must be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust and substances that reduce adhesion.
Dry masonry may need to be pre-wetted.
For unsuitable substrates, e.g., deviations from DIN 1053 masonry or DIN 18202 tolerances in high-rise construction, concerns must be addressed, and remedial action taken.

Application

By machine: The mortar can be processed with all common plastering machines (see equipment planner).
By hand: Thoroughly mix the contents of a bag with the specified amount of water until a workable consistency is achieved.

Variant 1: The plaster is applied in a scratch coat, with the substrate still visible.
Variant 2: The plaster is applied fully covering, with the substrate no longer visible.
After setting, roughen the surface, e.g., with a broom.

General Notes

  • The mortar must not contain any additives.
  • During processing and drying, the air temperature of the materials and substrate must not fall below 5°C.
  • Fresh plaster surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, and moisture.
  • Application and execution according to DIN 18 350 VOB/C and DIN 18 550.
  • Consumption figures refer to minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial applications on the site.
  • Adjacent components must be separated from the plaster system.
  • Sinter skin should be removed before applying additional layers.
