Remmers MultiBaudicht MB 2K Sealant Slurry 3x Component A 3x Component B
Attention Before application, the substrate must be primed with Remmers Kiesol MB. After drying, the coating can be applied.
Multifunctional structural waterproofing combines the properties of flexible crack-bridging mineral sealant slurry MDS AbP according to PGMDSFPD and bitumen thick coatings PMBC according to DIN EN 15814.

- Fast drying and curing after 18 hours at 5°C and 90% relative humidity

Substrate requirements
The substrate must be even, load-bearing, dry, clean, dust-free, and free of grease and release agents. Non-mineral substrates must be roughened.
Preparation
- Remove grout and mortar residues
- Round off or break edges and corners
- Embed tape VF series in corners and joints, rounding at least 20 mm
- Alternatively, create a sealing chamfer with suitable mortar
- Close openings > 5 mm with suitable spatula or MB 2K mixed with Selectmix RMS MV 11 to 13
- For penetrations, sandblast and clean metal pipes, and possibly re-sand
- Apply moisture barrier if necessary
- Prime absorbent mineral substrates with Kiesol MB
- Apply a scratch coat with the product as a contact layer and to prevent bubbles, approx. 500 g MB 2K
Storage & Shelf Life
In unopened original packaging, store cool, dry, and protected from frost for at least 9 months from the date of manufacture.
Consumption
Minimum 11 kg/m² for a dry layer thickness of 1 mm. Exact requirements should be determined on a sufficiently large test surface.
