weberdur 136 30kg Lime-Cement Lightweight Render Mineral-Based Primer Coat
Mineral-based primer coat with mineral lightweight aggregate for the preparation of a base coat or embedment coat.
Application Area
weberdur 136 is applied indoors and outdoors on masonry according to DIN 1053. All mineral and organic surface renders from Weber as well as tiles can be applied over weberdur 136. It can also be used as an embedment coat with subsequent solvent-free and free coating.
Product Description
weberdur 136 is a factory-produced mineral dry mortar according to DIN EN 998-1.

Quality Assurance
weberdur 136 is subject to continuous quality control through internal monitoring according to DIN EN 998-1.
General Notes
- No additives should be mixed into the mortar.
- During processing and drying, the temperature of the air, materials, and substrate must not fall below 5°C.
- Fresh render surfaces must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, or moisture.
- Application and execution according to DIN 18 350 VOB-C and DIN 18 550.
- Consumption figures refer to minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial patches on site.
- Adjacent components must be separated from the render system.
- Sinter skin must be removed before applying additional layers.
Special Notes
weberdur 135 is suitable indoors as a laying base for tiles and slabs with a total weight of up to 25 kg/m² including bedding mortar and tiles. Before laying tiles and slabs outdoors, a full-surface reinforcement layer of webertherm 300 or webertherm 301 reinforcement mortar and webertherm 310 reinforcement fabric must be applied over the base coat.
Approximate layer thickness: 1 mm
Color: natural gray
Application thickness: 10 mm to 20 mm
Water requirement: approx. 8 l per 30 kg
Storage: When stored dry and protected from moisture, the material remains usable for up to 1 year.
Consumption
at 15 mm thickness: approx. 165 kg/m², approx. 18 m² per 30 kg
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust and substances that impair adhesion. Densities of substrates such as concrete require pre-treatment with the mineral adhesion bridge weberdur 101 as a groove filler. Observe the curing times after a base coat treatment. For special building materials, refer to the substrate table. For unsuitable substrates, e.g., deviations from DIN 1053 "Masonry" and DIN 18202 "Tolerances in Building Construction," concerns must be addressed, and remedial measures taken. For level and plumb accurate joints, use Putzprofile with ProfilAnsetzmörtel webermix 125. Large-format blocks must be pre-sprayed with weberdur 100.
Processing
- Machine processing: The mortar can be processed with all common plastering machines (see equipment planner).
- Hand processing: Thoroughly mix the contents of a sack with the specified amount of water until a workable consistency is achieved. Apply the mortar in the specified thickness of approx. 10-20 mm.
- For highly absorbent or uneven substrates, work in two layers wet-on-wet. The first layer should be about 2/3 of the total plaster thickness.
- Immediately after application, smooth the fresh mortar with a straight edge and remove any nests.
- Work the surface of the base coat according to the intended subsequent coating.
As an Embedment Coat for Indoor and Outdoor Use
Apply 3-4 mm the next day, and after setting, plane or fillet the surface.
