Mineral lime-cement render for creating a resistant base coat or a primer with optimized setting and scratching behavior

Application area:
weberdur 110 SLK is applied indoors and outdoors on masonry according to DIN 1053. As a mineral primer, all mineral and organic surface finishes and all colors from Weber as well as tiles can be applied on weberdur 110 SLK

Product properties:

• water-repellent
• diffusion-open
• shortened and uniform setting time
• uniform and rapid setting on almost all substrates, raked after approx. 2 hours

General notes:

• No additives may be mixed into the mortar
• During processing and drying, the temperature of the air, the materials used, and the substrate must not fall below 5°C
• Fresh plaster surfaces must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, or moisture exposure
• Application and execution according to DIN 18 350 VOB/C and DIN 18 550
• Consumption figures refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial applications on the object
• Adjacent components must be separated from the plaster system
• Sinter layer must be removed before applying additional layers

Special notes:

• The mortar is not suitable for thermal insulation masonry
• If gypsum or gypsum-containing materials have been processed mechanically beforehand, the plaster machine, hoses, and dry feed system must be thoroughly cleaned before using weberdur 110 SLK
• Do not leave mortar hoses in the sun
• Processing interruptions should not exceed a maximum of 20 minutes when working with weberdur 110 SLK
• Under favorable weather and drying conditions, weberdur 110 SLK can already be coated with thin-layer surface finishes of the weberstar product range after a standing time of 1 day per mm of application thickness
