webertec 915 SG 10L Deitermann 1K 2K Bitumen Thick Coating
Attention
Before applying webertec 915, the substrate must be primed with weberprim 901. As a primer for bitumen thick coatings, webertec 901 should be diluted in a ratio of 1:10 with water and applied to the previously cleaned substrate.
Polystyrene-filled flexible 1- or 2-component bitumen thick coating

Drying time: minimum 3 days
Storage
In a dry, cool, frost-free storage in the original sealed container, the material is at least 12 months shelf life.
Consumption
- Coverage for ground moisture not stalling water: min. 40 m²
- Coverage for non-stalling water: min. 40 m²
- Coverage for ponding water: min. 55 m²
- As plate adhesive on ground moisture not stalling water: approx. 2 m²
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be frost-free, firm, clean, sufficiently dry, and free from tar, pitch nests, and cracks, as well as ridges and other contaminants. Water-repellent and adhesion-reducing components must be removed. Edges should be broken, and corners rounded. Joints and depressions greater than 5 mm should be sealed with webertec 933. Radius 5 cm rounded fillets at floor-wall joints. Before applying the thick coating, critical areas at the floor-wall transition should be protected against moisture ingress with webertec 933 radius 5 cm.
Application
Priming
webertec 901 is diluted 1:10 with water. Porous concrete and sandy substrates should be primed with weberprim 801.
Mixing for 2-Component Processing
Base and powder components are proportionally matched and mixed to a homogeneous, lump-free mass using a stir paddle No. 4.
Crack Filling
To seal pores, cavities, and open joints up to 5 mm wide, a full-surface crack filling with the thick coating should be performed. The crack filling must not be disturbed by the subsequent waterproofing layer.
Sheet Waterproofing - Wall
The process is carried out in at least 2 coats. The second coat should be applied as soon as the first is no longer tacky. For rising seepage water, webersys 981 is incorporated into the fresh waterproofing layer after the first application.
Sheet Waterproofing - Floor
For waterproofing against ground moisture, the coating is applied in two work steps on the floor slab. After drying, a two-layer polyethylene foil is laid as protection and slip layer, and the floating screed is applied on top. For waterproofing against rising seepage water, the coating is applied on the clean layer.
