webertec Superflex D2 Flexible Sealant Rods 2K Sealing Flexible Sealant 6kg
Attention: Before applying Superflex D2, the substrate must be primed with weberprim 801. weberprim 801 should be undiluted or diluted up to 1:1 RT with water. After drying, the surface should be scratch-coated, followed by the coating.
Highly flexible, reactive, and fast-curing sealing rods

Consumption / Yield:
W1E: Moisture in the ground and non-pressing water | min 2.5 kg/m | Dry film thickness 2 mm |
Pressing water 3 m immersion depth: | min 3.1 kg/m | Dry film thickness 2.5 mm |
W4E: Splash water at wall base, capillary water in and under walls | min 2.5 kg/m | Dry film thickness 2 mm |
As contact layer/adhesion bridge on old bituminous layers | ca. 0.7 kg/m | |
From inside pressing water W1B to W2B: containers | min 3.1 kg/m | Dry film thickness 2.5 mm |
As interior sealing for moisture and non-pressing water: | min 2.5 kg/m | Dry film thickness 2 mm |
As interior sealing for pressing water | min 3.5 kg/m | Dry film thickness 3 mm |
For bonded sealing AIV W0I to W3I: | min 2.5 kg/m | Dry film thickness 2 mm |
Underground preparation:
- The substrate must be frost-free, solid, clean, sufficiently dry, and free from tar pitch, nests, and open cracks, as well as ridges and other contaminants.
- Remove water-repellent, adhesion-reducing residues
- Break edges, round corners
- Joints and depressions > 5 mm are to be sealed with webertec 933 filling plaster
- Fillet welds at the floor-wall connection should be rounded with webertec 933, radius 5 cm
- Suctioning substrates should be pre-treated with weberprim 801
Processing
Mixing process:
- Mixing ratio: A and B component in a ratio of 1:1 by weight, knead thoroughly. Mixing time: approx. 2 to 3 minutes. Mixing equipment: high-performance drill with paddle or weberSys paddle No. 3.
Scratch coating:
- To close pores and cavities and open joints up to 5 mm wide, a full-surface scratch coat of webertec Superflex D 2, mixed with weberSys hard quartz 0.1 to 0.3 mm in a ratio of 3:1 by volume, should be applied according to room parts. The scratch coat must not be damaged by the subsequent sealing application.
Surface sealing:
- In at least 2, possibly 3 work passes, each with full coverage. Material application approx. 1.10 kg/m² per mm dry film thickness. The coating must have the necessary total thickness at every point for the expected water load. The second and third layers are applied when the previous sealing layer can no longer be damaged during application.
