Application Area:
webertop 203 AquaBalance fine mineral render is a surface coat for exterior and interior applications on weberdur base coats, as well as a top coating for webertherm insulation render and webertherm thermal insulation composite systems

General Notes:
- Fresh render surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, or moisture exposure
- Application and execution according to DIN 18 350 VOB/C and DIN 18 550
- Consumption figures refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined by trial applications on the object
- Adjacent building components must be separated from the render system

- Due to natural fluctuations in raw material quality and drying conditions, as well as effects of processing and structure, the color tone of the render may differ from the sample. This does not constitute a quality defect or justified material complaint
- Order material for a single object as much as possible at once. Mix different batches with each other
- webertop 203 AquaBalance with balanced moisture content offers very high and durable protection against algae and mold growth
- Constantly increased humidity and dirt deposits, e.g., in splash zones, due to improper drainage, and planting near the facade can promote algae and mold growth
