Palette 35 sacks each 30kg webertherm 300 adhesive and reinforcement mortar at an unbeatable price
Mineral, universal adhesive and reinforcement mortar in the webertherm systems A 100, A 200, and B 100 renovation mortars for coating load-bearing plasters
Application area:
Thick-layer mineral adhesive and reinforcement mortar in the webertherm A 100, A 200, B 100, and AK 500/BK 500 thermal insulation composite systems, renovation mortars for coating load-bearing plasters
Product description:
webertherm 300 is a factory-produced, mineral dry mortar
Composition:
Cement, quicklime hydrate, graded mineral additives, fibers, hydrophobizing agent, additives for improved processing and adhesion to the plaster substrate
Product properties:
- characterized by high adhesive strength and excellent processing properties
- is highly machineable and also available as silo material
- In combination with the webertherm reinforcement meshes, a high-performance reinforcement layer is achieved for the webertherm thermal insulation composite systems
- can also be used for coating load-bearing plasters
Color shades: gray
Application thickness: 5 mm – 8 mm
Water requirement: approx. 8 l / 30 kg
Storage: When stored in a dry, moisture-protected environment, the material is storable for up to 1 year
Substrate preparation:
- The substrate must be load-bearing, sufficiently dry, and even
- The flatness of the substrate must meet the requirements of DIN 18 202 "Tolerances in Building Construction"
- Dirt, dust, and loose parts must be removed from the substrate
- Existing old coatings must be removed to at least 70%
- Perform adhesion test on critical substrates
Processing
Processing steps:
- The adhesive and reinforcement mortar is mixed with clean water in the specified amount using a paddle mixer until a workable consistency is achieved. The mortar can also be processed with all common plastering machines and silo mixing pumps, e.g., EMP. For applying the adhesive mortar to the insulation boards, a special adhesive gun can be used.
Bonding:
- The webertherm insulation boards are coated in a frame shape and with two or three vertical strips with adhesive mortar
- The mortar is distributed so that at least 50% of the surface is bonded to the substrate after pressing
- On sufficiently even substrates and when using the webertherm speedy and express insulation boards, the mortar can also be sprayed onto the substrate in a wulst pattern machine. Minimum 50% coverage. The insulation boards are pressed immediately into the mortar. The webertherm insulation boards can also be fully coated with adhesive
Reinforcing:
- The mortar is applied approximately 5 to 8 mm thick onto the insulation boards and troweled flat
- Subsequently, the reinforcement mesh, roughly webertherm 310, is embedded in the reinforcement mortar in vertical or horizontal strips, without folds, using trowels or floats
- The surface is roughened depending on the type of top plaster, e.g., for fine textured plaster or only roughened
Coating of plasters:
- The mortar is applied to the cleaned or appropriately pretreated plaster surfaces up to a maximum of 10 mm and troweled flat
- If cracks are present in the substrate, the reinforcement mesh, roughly webertherm 310, is embedded in the reinforcement mortar in vertical or horizontal strips, without folds
- For thick-layer top plasters, e.g., fine textured plaster, the reinforcement mortar is roughened after setting with a stiff broom; for other top plasters, it is only roughened
