Product description:
weberpas 434 is a factory-produced, weather-resistant, highly water-repellent building stone plaster that complies with EN 15824 DIN Porg1 according to DIN 18558


Storage: When stored in a dry, frost-free environment in the original sealed container, the material is storage-stable for at least 12 months

Composition:
Silane-based

Product properties:

• is highly water-repellent
• is mechanically highly durable
• has very good adhesion to all substrates
• is highly elastic
• free of solvents

General notes:

• Uncured plaster patches must be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, or moisture exposure
• For application and execution, DIN 18 350 VOB, Part C, and DIN 18 550 apply
• Consumption data refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and application. Exact consumption values should be determined through test patches on the object
• During processing and drying of the material, the temperature of air, material, and substrate must always be above 8°C, and the air humidity must always be below 80%

Special notes:

• Due to natural fluctuations in raw material quality and drying conditions, as well as effects of processing and structure, the plaster color tone may differ from the sample. This does not constitute a quality defect or justified material complaint
• Order material for a single object as much as possible at once. Mix different batches
• Use only stainless steel tools

Drying conditions:

• Drying times under normal conditions (20°C / 65% relative humidity) are approximately 3 days; lower temperatures and higher humidity extend this period
• Until fully dry, possibly several weeks, the plaster may temporarily absorb moisture during exposure to humidity. The absorption disappears after the surface dries
