Substrate preparation:
Immediately after laying the tiles, scrape and clean the joints evenly deep to the tile thickness
Allow the adhesive or laying mortar to mature

Processing of PCI Nanofug Premium:

1. Pour the mixing water according to the ratio specified in a clean working container, add PCI Nanofug Premium, and immediately stir to a homogeneous, lump-free mortar using a suitable drill or mixing tool, e.g., from Collomix as an attachment to a drill
2. Stir again after about 3 minutes of maturation time
3. Apply the joint mortar with PCI Gummifugscheibe into the joints and allow to set. Optionally, rework with PCI Nanofug Premium for a dense finish. After sufficient setting, perform a finger test with a slightly damp, firm sponge or sponge board to clean
4. After drying, remove any remaining mortar film with a slightly damp sponge

Please note:

• Do not process at substrate temperatures below 5°C or above 25°C, or in direct heat, exposure to water, or drafts
• Higher temperatures shorten, lower temperatures extend the processing time. Protect freshly grouted surfaces outdoors from sunlight and strong drafts
• During grouting and curing, the floor heating must be turned off for at least 24 hours
• If a white film remains on the ceramic surface after drying, it can be removed after 2 to 3 days with a cement film remover. Thoroughly pre-clean joints and surfaces and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after cleaning
• Frequent, intensive use of acidic cleaners or prolonged exposure to cement-aggressive media can attack the grout. Pre-clean the joints thoroughly before cleaning and rinse with plenty of water
• When grouting slip-resistant or textured floor coverings, the residual film must be carefully removed while still fresh. Conduct a test grouting or cleaning beforehand
• For polished fine stoneware, color pigments may settle in micro-pores of the surface. Therefore, avoid strong color contrast between tile and joint. If in doubt, perform a test grouting
• When grouting with sharp-edged tiles, see the brochure "Work and advertising material for the tiler specialist company" for washing
• Black color requires increased cleaning effort
• Before grouting, secure edge joints and movement joints by inserting styrofoam strips or foam profiles. Remove protective strips before elastic grouting. Grout between tile surfaces, fixtures, and pipe penetrations, as well as corner and connection joints, elastically with PCI Silcofug E or PCI Silcoferm S. On facades, seal with PCI Elritan 100
• Use only grout mortar with the same batch number on the same object if possible
• Mixing PCI Nanofug Premium with quartz sand can alter the original color tone
