PCI Durapox Premium epoxy mortar for grouting and laying tiles

Application areas:

• For interior and exterior use
• For wall and floor applications
• Especially for the grouting of visually high-quality surfaces such as tiles, mosaics, fine stoneware, etc.
• For chemically resistant and water-impermeable installation and grouting of wall and floor coverings
• For ceramic coverings in breweries, dairies, cheese factories, lemonade and fruit juice industries, large kitchens, butcheries, slaughterhouses, fat-processing industries, battery rooms, galvanizing plants, paint factories, bleaching plants, tanneries, paper mills, laboratories, and hospitals
• For laying and grouting in swimming pools, thermal baths, saline baths, and baths in hospitals, as well as in shower areas or wellness zones

Substrate preparation:

• Tile installation
  The substrate must be clean, dry, load-bearing, and even. Remove residuals of formwork oil and wax, chemical residues, old coatings, and moisture barriers completely. Cement screeds must not exceed 4% residual moisture. Do not apply in case of rising damp from the substrate.
• Grouting
  The joints must be clean, dry, free of grease and dust. After laying, scrape the joints evenly and clean thoroughly. The adhesive or tile mortar must be fully cured.
