Product features:

Application area:

• For indoor and outdoor use
• For walls and floors
• Filling of stepped and broken stair edges
• Filling of chippings and holes in screeds, concrete ceilings, supports, and balcony slabs

• Leveling of stair treads

• For layer thicknesses from 2 to 50 mm

Substrate preparation:
The substrate must be clean, load-bearing, free of dust, oil, and grease. Remove loose parts and cement slurries.
The substrate may be moist but not wet. Clean areas contaminated with grease and oil with PCI Entölner.

Processing of PCI Repafix:

• Prepare water in a clean working container, add the appropriate amount of PCI Repafix, and stir with a suitable drill or mixing tool attached to a powerful drill until a plastic, lump-free mortar is formed
• Process the mixed PCI Repafix within approximately 15 minutes
• Pre-wet the breakout area with a brush or trowel
• Apply the mixed mortar densely and deeply as a contact layer into the breakout area with a trowel or spatula. For surface processing, no more than approximately 0.5 m² should be applied to the matt-moistened, pre-saturated substrate. Use PCI Emulsion 2:1 with water as mixing liquid or PCI Repahaft as recommended. Work PCI Repafix into the fresh mortar
• Immediately thereafter, apply and, if necessary, model the remaining mortar
• After the mortar has set, the repair surface can be finished with a sponge board
