The Urbanscape Green Roof ECO for large roof surfaces allows for the creation of an extensive green roof with simple means. It is the most cost-effective green roof construction in terms of material and installation. Here, the Urbanscape Green Roll serves as the core component, providing increased plant-accessible water storage with a low system weight. This makes the system future-proof even during increasingly hot and dry summer months, ensuring high vitality and biodiversity of the green roof, even during prolonged heat and drought periods.
Only a green roof that has sufficient water available over the long term can fully realize all its positive effects!
The remaining system components consist of the drainage and water storage element FKD 20 and a filter fleece that prevents the subsequent layers from sinking into the drainage element. The green roof is completed with a thin layer of extensive substrate and a seeding of Sedum sprouts and/or a biodiversity seed mixture.

The green roof system "Urbanscape Green Roof ECO" includes the following components:

Inspection shaft
The Urbanscape inspection shaft is installed as part of the Urbanscape green roof system over the outlets on extensively vegetated roofs. It simplifies inspection and maintenance of drainage outlets. The shaft consists of a high-quality polypropylene base with a standing surface that distributes the weight, and a lockable cover with an integrated stainless steel filter grid to prevent overflow caused by accumulated material from the green roof and to protect against surface water from the vegetation layer. The custom-made inspection shaft also prevents contamination and overgrowth of the outlet by plants.
End profiles and corner profiles
The L-profiles are designed to separate vegetation and gravel on extensively vegetated roofs. They can also create boundary strips on a roof without a parapet wall. The triple-bent, L-shaped gravel strip made of aluminum is perforated for permanent drainage. Each part is 2.5 m long and can be connected with an Urbanscape corner profile. As accessories, flexible Urbanscape corner profiles are available, allowing easy creation of interior or exterior corners on-site.
Root protection foil
The Urbanscape root protection foil is made of black polyethylene LD regenerated. It is used to protect the waterproofing from damage caused by root growth.
Long-term fertilizers
A starter fertilizer is always recommended, as it makes plants more resistant and vigorous and accelerates root growth. It should be applied at 30-40 g/m². For maintenance, two fertilization applications of 30-40 g/m² each are recommended. We offer long-term fertilizers in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 20 kg buckets.
Important note:
Delivery times are non-binding and approximate unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Delivery occurs within approximately 7-14 working days. Delivery is only possible Tuesday to Thursday. Please note that the product is very sensitive. Plants are freshly harvested for each order and imported from the Netherlands. Longer storage times on the truck, e.g., over the weekend, would significantly damage the product.

Staplerentladung durch Mitnahmestapler durch den Spediteur
Folgende Punkte sind zwingend zu beachten.
- Es muss eine befestigte und ebene Fläche zur Entladung zur Verfügung stehen. Diese Fläche darf in der Regel keine öffentliche Verkehrsfläche sein. Im Falle der Notwendigkeit einer Entladung auf einer öffentlichen Straße oder Fläche muss der Kunde die notwendigen Genehmigungen und Absperrungen in Eigenregie veranlassen. Dies ist nicht die Aufgabe vom Händler oder dem Spediteur.
- Die notwendige seitliche Rangierfläche für den Stapler an der Abstellposition des LKW muss mindestens 5 m betragen. Damit ist eine Gesamtfläche von mindestens 18 × 8 m im klassischen Rechteck als Mindestplatzbedarf für eine geordnete Staplerentladung durch den Besteller bzw. Warenempfänger sicherzustellen.
- Der Aktionsradius des Mitnahmestaplers ist beschränkt auf max. 50 m um den LKW. Für weitere Transportstrecken vom LKW ist eine gesonderte Vereinbarung mit dem Spediteur zu treffen und unverzichtbar. Die Staplerkostenpauschale umfasst nur eine ebenerdige Entladung innerhalb dieses Radius.

Ergänzende Hinweise
- Die Lieferung erfolgt auf Einwegpaletten
- Die Verlegung des Systems erfolgt prinzipiell Stoß an Stoß und ähnlich einem Rollrasen. Um Verschnitte und Durchdringungen entsprechend berücksichtigen zu können, empfehlen wir bei der Bestellmenge ein Plus von mind. 5 % mit einzukalkulieren.
- Bei anhaltendem Frost können vor kultivierte Vegetationsmatten weder geerntet noch aufgerollt werden, da dadurch die Pflanzen nachhaltig geschädigt würden. Folglich müssen wir uns bei entsprechenden Temperaturen mögliche Lieferverzögerungen vorbehalten.
Reklamations- und Beschwerdenmanagement
Alle Reklamationen müssen schriftlich gemeldet werden.
- Reklamationen zu Sedum-Mix Vegetationsmatten müssen 24 Std nach Lieferung, bitte mit Bild der ausgerollten Sedum-Mix Vegetationsmatte und Kurzbeschreibung gemeldet werden.
- Reklamationen zu den anderen Komponenten des Systems oder zur falschen Lieferung müssen innerhalb von 8 Tagen nach Lieferung gemeldet werden. Gleichzeitig müssen Transportbemerkungen, Schäden oder andere Unannehmlichkeiten auch auf dem Lieferdokument (CMR) mitgeteilt werden.
