Application Area

• For interior and exterior use

Substrate Preparation

Immediately after laying the tiles, scrape and clean the joints evenly to the depth of the tile thickness. Allow the adhesive or laying mortar to mature.

Processing of PCI Nanofug

Pour the mixing water into a clean container, add PCI Nanofug, and immediately knead with a suitable stirrer or mixing attachment on a drill until a plastic, lump-free mortar is achieved. After a maturation time of approximately 3 minutes, knead again. Apply the joint filler with a PCI rubber jointing disc into the joints and allow to set. Possibly rework with PCI Nanofug for a second time. After sufficient setting, wash off the excess mortar layer with a slightly damp, stable sponge or sponge board.

Post-Processing

After drying, remove the remaining mortar residue with a slightly damp sponge.
