Application Area
- Wood surfaces without ground contact according to EN 335-1 GK 2 and 3
- Non-structural wooden components such as fences, half-timbered structures, carports, wood cladding
- Limited structural wooden components such as folding shutters, profile boards
- Structural wooden components only as primer, e.g., windows and doors
- Intermediate and final coating
Properties
- 3-in-1 impregnation, primer, and lacquer
- Protects wood from moisture and is proactively effective against blue stain fungi
- Reduces the risk of rot formation when combined with constructive wood protection
- Increased solid content ensures safety against wasps

Processing
- Material, ambient, and substrate temperature at least 5°C up to a maximum of 30°C
- Material should be well stirred
- Private users: apply with a lacquer brush
- Qualified professional companies: apply by dipping, flooding, or spraying only in enclosed systems
- Apply in fiber direction
- After drying, apply a second coat
- For oak wood, an additional clear primer is recommended
- Open containers well and use as soon as possible
- Test compatibility, adhesion, and color tone on test surfaces before full application
- When overcoating with other coatings, check adhesion
- Colorless, white, and hemlock are only for non-exposed surfaces such as underside of roofs or for priming
- For high-inclusion woods such as oak, red cedar, afzelia, redwood, etc., rain may cause leaching of water-soluble wood constituents, which can lead to staining on light masonry or plaster
- Seal end grain surfaces with UV or window & door lacquer in the corresponding color at least 2 coats
- Cut back the lower end grain surfaces to create a drip edge
- With each lacquer application, the color intensifies and gloss increases
- Drying time approx. 12 hours at 20°C and 65% relative humidity
- Low temperatures, low air exchange, and high humidity can delay drying
- Even on dry surfaces, heavy solvents may cause a damp feeling when touched for several days; this is not a defect
- Increased air exchange accelerates evaporation of solvents
- Consumption
- Preventively effective against blue stain fungi, approximately 205–250 ml/m²; in practice, at least two coats are required to achieve this coverage
- Planed or very dense woods are less absorbent and may require a third coat
