Application:
The screws are suitable for single- and multi-layer fastening of fermacell® gypsum fiber boards in wood and metal substructures. For reinforced metal substructures with a material thickness up to 2 mm, fermacell™ Schnellbauschrauben with drill tip 3.5 x 30 mm can be used. The fermacell® gypsum fiber boards can be screwed up to approximately 10 mm from the edge without cracking. fermacell™ Schnellbauschrauben are installed directly and without pre-drilling. For fastening, electric drill screwdrivers with a nominal speed of at least 4000 rpm or screw bits on standard drills have proven effective.
