Waterproof, fast-setting cavity and leveling filler
Application Area
webertec 933 is used for creating cavities in transition areas between wall and floor or wall and wall connections. It can also be used to fill voids in concrete or masonry and for surface leveling. Additionally, webertec 933 can be used to seal working and joint gaps in precast concrete elements. The product is suitable for interior and exterior use and can be overcoated with sealing materials such as bituminous coatings, reactive sealants, or sealant mortars after curing.

Solid, load-bearing, free of contamination, loose, and sandy components. Any laitance layer should be removed. Suitable substrates include concrete, cement screed, bricks, and calcium silicate masonry. The substrate must be moist at the time of application.

Substrate Preparation

Processing
Mixing: The container contents are mixed with the specified amount of water to form a lump-free mortar, depending on the desired consistency. The mixing time is at least 2 minutes.

The cavity is formed freshly in a bond using webertec 933, mixed to a creamy consistency. The prepared material is applied with a large cavity corner trowel, smoothing and shaping as needed.

Application Area
For flexible sealing of basement exterior walls, plinths, and foundations. For retrofitting interior sealing, negative sealing. Suitable for sealing up to 10 m water column in interior applications. Also used as a primary sealant and adhesive mortar under PMCB for the formation of horizontal barriers in and under walls and as an adhesion bridge on existing bituminous coatings. For sealing in conjunction with ceramic coverings, e.g., swimming pools, wet rooms.

webertec Superflex D2 is a two-component, fast-curing, flexible sealant mortar. It complies with general technical approval certificates (MDS) according to DIN 18533.
