webertop 204 AquaBalance is a mineral mineral render with Jura structure grain and glimmer, biocidal free. It is suitable as an exterior and interior top coat on strongweberdur substrates, as well as an exterior coating for strongwebertherm, mineral insulation render, and strongwebertherm systems.

- Consumption figures refer to minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and application. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial surfaces on site.
- Adjacent components must be separated from the render system

- Due to natural fluctuations in raw material quality and drying conditions, as well as effects of processing and structure, the color tone of the render may differ from the sample. This does not constitute a quality defect or material complaint.
- Order material for a project in one go to ensure uniform color; mix different batches together.
webertop 204 AquaBalance with balanced moisture content offers very high and durable protection against algae and mold growth. It permanently reduces moisture and dirt adhesion, e.g., in splash water areas with improper drainage or in planting areas near facades, which can promote algae and mold growth.
