Product features:

• For interior, exterior, wall, floor
• On concrete older than 6 months, cement, lime-cement and gypsum plasters, drywall/fiberboards, cement screeds, anhydrite screeds; heating screeds; adhesive layer thickness: 1 to 5 mm

Processing / Technical Data:

• Fill water into a clean mixing container, add powder and stir mechanically with a mixing tool to a homogeneous, lump-free mortar. Let it mature and stir again.
• Using the smooth side of a notched trowel, initially scratch a thin contact layer onto the substrate.
• Then apply the mortar with the required notch to the fresh contact layer. Only apply as much mortar as can be covered with tiles within the open time. Test the open time with a finger tip test.
• Set and align tiles and slabs with a slight sliding movement in the adhesive bed.

Consumption per m²:

• 6 mm notch: 2.0 kg
• 8 mm notch: 2.8 kg
• 10 mm notch: 3.6 kg

Mixing ratio:
approx. 6.5 l water per 20 kg PCI VERLEGEMÖRTEL

Open time:
approx. 24 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Higher temperatures shorten, lower temperatures extend these times.

Storage stability:
at least 12 months; store in a dry place, not permanently above 30°C.

Substrate preparation:
The substrate must be firm, load-bearing, clean, free of coatings, oil, and other residues that reduce adhesion. It must be even.

Priming:

• On highly absorbent cement substrates and porous concrete: with PCI GISOGRUND, diluted 1:1 with water, or with PCI GISOGRUND RAPID
• On anhydrite screeds and gypsum substrates: with PCI GISOGRUND undiluted or with PCI GISOGRUND RAPID
• Meets classification C2 T according to DIN EN 12004
• Already bonding PCI VERLEGEMÖRTEL must not be diluted with water or mixed with fresh mortar
• Flexibilizing admixture with PCI LASTOFLEX: required when laying on precast concrete elements, fresh in-situ concrete, vibration-sensitive substrates, and balconies/terraces
