Application Areas
PCI CK 310 Kero-Separating allows environmentally friendly production of concrete elements with a uniform and pore-free surface. The concrete is not discolored, resulting in optimal exposed concrete surfaces. Special corrosion-inhibiting and preserving agents prevent rusting of the steel formwork or rotting of wooden formwork.
PCI CK 310 Kero-Separating is suitable for all common types of formwork, such as wood, plastic, metal, or molds. Construction equipment, trucks, and fittings are protected from the initial setting of mortar and concrete with PCI CK 310 Kero-Separating. No interfering wax or paraffin residues: trouble-free adhesion of plaster, paint, or adhesive coatings on the demolded concrete surface.
Fresh wood should be coated before first use to prevent concrete surface damage from cement slurry. Remove cement layer the next day.
The concrete surface becomes pore-minimized and is demolded according to the formwork structure.
PCI CK 310 Kero-Separating is equipped with corrosion inhibitors and is water-repellent.
It protects the treated formwork from weathering and corrosion.
