Application areas

Especially suitable for the grouting of visually high-quality surfaces such as tiles, mosaics, fine stoneware, etc.
For chemically resistant and waterproof installation and grouting of wall and floor coverings

Substrate preparation

The substrate must be clean, dry, load-bearing, and even
Remove screed and screed wax residues, chemical residues, old coatings, and evaporation-inhibiting agents completely
Cement screeds must not exceed 4% residual moisture
Do not apply in case of rising damp from the substrate

Grouting

The joints must be clean, dry, free of grease and dust
After laying, scrape the joints evenly and clean thoroughly
The mortar or tile adhesive must be fully cured

Die Verarbeitung gelingt wenn man vorher das technische Merkblatt gelesen hat und z.B. den erforderlichen Finish Reiniger mitbestellt hat. Die Verarbeitungszeit ist länger als die angegebenen 45 Minuten. Das angemischte Material lässt sich im Vergleich zu zementären Material nicht ganz so gut einschlämmen. Richtig glatt wir des erst beim Emulgieren mit dem feuchten Schwamm. Die Farbtreue der Beispiele am PC stimmen sehr gut mit dem Original überein. Es muss beachtet werden, dass das entstehende Waschwasser NICHT als normales Abwasser in der Kanalisation entsorgt werden darf.
